(2/19/09) born at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit Michigan and the alleged father of K.E.A. born (7/9/10) at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama-all children born to Shanne Lorraine Filmore Rowell. The Temporary Care, Custody and Control of the minor children was vested with the Lee County DHR on May 14, 2013. JAMES EDWARD ALLEN must answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed in the Family Court of Lee County, AL by Lee County DHR, within fourteen (14) days from the last date of Publication of this notice with the Circuit Clerk located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, AL 36801 ad with Hon. Margaret A. Mayfield, P.O. Box 809, Opelika, AL 36803- (334)-745-0333 or thereafter a final judgement may be rendered in the Family Courtroom of Lee County, AL terminating your parental rights and placing said children for adoption.
