You will take notice that Mildred Taylor and Robert H. Pettey as Co-Administrators of the estate of Stevie Jerome Summerlin, deceased, filed Petitions to sell certain real property of the estate to Benny L. Gullate (a/k/a Benny L. Gullatt) and Douglas Griffin on November 9, 2015 and December 3, 2015, respectively, and that the 15th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Office of the Lee County Courthouse, 215 South 8th Street, Opelika, Alabama, has been appointed as the day and time for the hearing of said Petitions for approval to sell real estate, at which time you may appear and contest the same if you see proper so to do.
