Christian Care Ministries invited members of the Auburn-Opelika Elks Lodge on Thursday, Jan. 7, to see the food bank’s operation and how the Elks’ donation of a cooler, fryer and griddle have enhanced that operation. “This is a huge blessing; we were so afraid of the other [cooler], every day we’d say prayers over it,” said Paul Ferrell of CCM.
