On August 12, 2015 came Sarah Thomas (Smith), Executrix of the Estate of DONALD WAYNE HOLDEN, deceased and filed a Report of Insolvency.
It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 23rd day of September, 2015 at 2 o’clock P.M. Central Time be, and the same herby is fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the Report of Insolvency.
It is further Ordered by this Court that notice of this hearing be given to all creditors of the estate of DONALD WAYNE HOLDEN.
