NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that 280 Big Cat, Inc. (an Alabama corporation) was dissolved on May 11, 2015, with said Articles of Dissolution filed in the Office of the Probate Judge of Lee County, Alabama and recorded in Corp. Book 1308, at Page 696. Persons with claims against 280 Big Cat, Inc. are requested to present such claims to 280 Big Cat, Inc., c/o Stephen E. Wilson, Sr., 2050 West Point Parkway, Opelika, Alabama 36801. Included in such claim should be any and all documentation to determine the amount of and the validity of the claim. A claim against 280 Big Cat, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice pursuant to 1975 Code of Alabama Section 10A-1-9.22.
