AUBURN —

Village Christian Church will host a local celebration of World Labyrinth Day on Saturday, May 7. Built by dozens of volunteers in 2006, the large outdoor labyrinth at Village is a scale model of the labyrinth inside the cathedral at Chartres, France. It was laid out to scale by professors from Troy University. Open to the community every day, the labyrinth is in the church meditation garden at 700 E. University Dr. in Auburn.

On May 7, all are invited to bring a picnic lunch and eat in the prayer garden.
