The City Council of the City of Opelika will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 204 S. 7th Street, Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, to consider the adoption of an ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Opelika by rezoning or redistricting the parcels of land hereinafter described so as to change such parcels from one class of district to another class of district, as follows:

From a C-2 District (Office/Retail District) to a C-1 District (Downtown Commercial District) the parcels of land hereinafter described:

This day came Mary Melinda Sager and filed in this Court her petition in writing and under oath alleging therein among other things that petitioner is a resident of Lee County, Alabama and is the daughter of ELIZABETH JANE TALBOT, domiciled in said County, departed this life intestate on April 27, 2013, leaving personal property consisting of a Prudential Insurance Policy with an approximate value of $6,101.00.
