Cheers on the Corner, one of the most popular annual events on the Plains, returned to downtown Auburn Friday night, July 21. Presented by the Downtown Auburn Merchant’s Association, people were welcomed to the closed-off block between 6 to 10 p.m. By purchasing a ticket for $45, attendees of the 7th annual event received a souvenir wine glass and were able to enjoy live music and the taste of downtown at over 20 stops. Each stop provided included a bite to eat paired with a refreshing beverage sample.Â
