The third annual ‘Nonviolence Peace March and Rally’ was held last Saturday in Opelika. Pastor Carolyn Morton, Councilwoman Tiffany Gibson-Pitts, State Rep. Jeremy Gray, Ward 2 Candidate Oscar Penn and other volunteers joined forces to march for an end to violence in local communities. The Opelika Fire Department participated in the event aslo.
