AUBURN — Olivine, Auburn’s newest rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge, opened Wednesday, Nov. 19, offering guests a lively gathering place and serene escape above downtown Auburn — perfect for golden-hour cocktails, leisurely dinners and moonlit conversations around the hearth.
Located on the sixth floor of the AC Hotel Auburn, the restaurant will be open to both hotel guests and the public. Its menu celebrates Italian technique through a Southern lens, featuring shareable starters such as Saffron Arancini and Fritto Misto, along with wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and an extensive raw bar.
The beverage program highlights classic Italian influences with signature cocktails including the Negroni, Pepperoncini Martini, Italian Margarita and Vesuvio — a mezcal-forward cocktail finished with a black volcanic salt rim.
Olivine aims to blend refined Italian dining with the relaxed spirit of the South, creating a new destination for Auburn locals and visitors alike.
