The Low & Slow Cruisers car club of Opelika/Auburn held an antique car display on Dec.18, 2021, at the Food Bank of East Alabama when they presented a $600 donation to Martha Henk, executive director, from contributions raised by club members. Henk said that each $1 donation provides seven meals for families of East Alabama. Marshall Carter has been the crew chief of the club for the past ten years and he now passes the role to Leigh Noles Crenshaw. The Low & Slow Cruisers donates annually to many community organizations and proudly displays their fleet of antique cars.
