ORDINANCE NO. 121-16
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OPELIKA
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (the “City Council”) of the City of Opelika, Alabama (the “City”) as follows:
Section 1.  That Ordinance 124-91 entitled “Zoning Ordinance City of Opelika, Alabama”, adopted on September 17, 1991, and the Zoning Map of the City of Opelika provided for and referred to therein, as previously amended and/or modified, be and the same is hereby amended by rezoning or redistricting the parcel of land hereinafter in this section described, so as to change such parcel from one class of district to another class of district as follows, to-wit:
From a PUD District (Planned Unit Development District) to a M-1 District (Industrial District), the parcels of land hereinafter described:
1000 Jeter Avenue, Opelika, Alabama
Lot A-1 of the Fox Run Industrial Park as shown on that certain Map of Fox Run Industrial Park Re-Subdivision of Lot A First Revision-First Addition as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Plat Book 23, at Page 32.  Said property being a re-plat of Lot A, as shown on that certain plat of said subdivision filed in Plat Book 20 at Page 192.
The above-described parcel is further described as: 1000 Jeter Avenue, Opelika, AL
1100 Jeter Avenue, Opelika, Alabama
Lot A-2 of the Fox Run Industrial Park as shown on that certain Map of Fox Run Industrial Park Re-Subdivision of Lot A First Revision-First Addition as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Plat Book 23, at Page 32. Said property being a re-plat of Lot A, as shown on that certain plat of said subdivision filed in Plat Book 20, at Page 192.
The above-described parcel is further described as:  1100 Jeter Avenue, Opelika, AL
From a PUD District (Planned Unit Development District) to a M-1, GC District (Industrial, Gateway Corridor District) the parcel of land hereinafter described:
Lot 4 (Vacant Lot)
Lot 4, according to the map of a Re-Subdivision of Lot 6 and a portion of Lot 8, Fox Run Industrial Park, First Revision, First Addition, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Book 13, at Page 60.
Section 2.  Any ordinance or part thereof in conflict with provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3.  This Ordinance shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Opelika, Lee County, Alabama.
