The city of Auburn partnered with Auburn University to bring the community National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug, 1. A community-building event with the goal of increasing awareness of local public safety programs, crime prevention, health, education and youth programs, National Night Out brought a crowd of community members to Ag Heritage Park at Auburn University. During the event, Auburn Public Safety hosted a K-9 demonstration, Touch-a-Truck, “Meet Your School Resource Officer” and more.
