These two experienced professionals said they are excited to bring their long-standing partnership to Three Sixty, where they will continue serving clients as The Dwell Team. The Dwell Team helps families transition homes by providing seasoned guidance through the process of selling and buying, ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience during one of life’s most significant transactions.
Lana McCurdy
Lana McCurdy is a licensed broker and accredited buyer’s representative (ABR) with a background in education and new construction sales. An Auburn University graduate and former teacher, Lana entered real estate in 2018 and quickly grew into leadership roles, including head of sales and marketing for a local homebuilder. She lives in Auburn with her husband Will and their daughters Cooper and Claire, and is an active member of the Auburn and Opelika Chambers, Auburn Young Professionals and First Baptist Church Opelika.
“I’m a planner at heart, and I love breaking things down so people can move forward with clarity and confidence,” McCurdy said.
Adrien Helms
Adrien Helms is an Auburn native, Auburn University graduate and associate broker who brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to The Dwell Team. With a strong background in residential sales and a natural gift for relationship-building, Adrien is passionate about educating clients and guiding them through every phase of the real estate journey. She lives in Auburn with her husband Nick and their two boys, Preston and Phillip. She is involved with the Auburn and Opelika Chambers, Auburn Young Professionals and First Baptist Church Opelika.
“Our clients don’t do this every day, but we do,” Helms said. “When someone has an idea of what’s ahead, the ride is a lot smoother and a whole lot more enjoyable.”
