The Observer

Letter to the Editor

Over the holidays I was very sick and spent a month at East Alabama Medical Center, a week on the seventh floor and 20 days in the Skilled Nursing Facility, so I could get physical therapy. I have never had better care!
The doctors, nurses, aides and the people from the pulmonary department were the greatest. I did not have one complaint. I want to thank everyone that took such good care of me and got me back on my feet.
I think I heard recently that Terry Andrus will be retiring soon as Hospital Administrator.
I hope everyone will take the time to thank him for the excellent job he has done making our hospital what it is today, the best.
I would also like to thank my wonderful neighbors who have prepared great meals for me after getting home.
Thank you all so very much.
