AUBURN — The city of Auburn is partnering with Southern Union State Community College to support an Introductory Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Operator short course for those interested in the machining field. The course will be held in-person on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. from June 20 through Aug. 1.

Course slots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Each individual will be awarded a sponsorship through the Industrial Development Board of the city of Auburn. Upon completion of the class, participants will be guaranteed interviews with a group of Auburn-based companies.
