CONTRIBUTED BY CLAY THOMAS FOR DISTRICT COURT JUDGE

LEE COUNTY —

Last week, Clay Thomas, the Lee County chief assistant district attorney, announced that he, as a first-time candidate, has raised more than $30,000 year to date, with over $22,000 cash on hand.

“Since we began raising money in March, we have seen a significant surge in enthusiasm and grassroots support for the campaign,” Thomas said. “It is clear folks from all corners of Lee County want a judge that will work tirelessly to protect our constitutional freedoms and defend Alabama’s values on the bench. I am humbled by the faith and generosity people have shown in me and my campaign.”
