Zazu Gastropub is making its tasty return to business with a “Curbside Crawfish Boil” this Saturday.

The downtown Opelika eatery temporarily suspended its operations in mid-March because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but announced its plan to host this event on Monday.

According to a post on Facebook about Saturday’s primary event, which begins at 1 p.m., individuals will be able to “walk up and get a box to go.”

On Saturday evening from 5 to 8 p.m., Zazu will be offering patrons a new carryout menu option. The full menu is embedded below but will contain appetizers, deserts, entrees and salads with portions for individuals or families.

This will serve as the restaurant’s return to normal operations. Updates on operating hours and schedules will be shared on their Facebook page, and the menu will rotate based on the availability of certain products.

For more information, call 334-203-1747, follow their social media pages or visit zazuopelika.com. The restaurant is located at 112 S. 8th St.
