The St. Dun’s Buns, a group sponsored by the Mary and Martha Guild of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, started a bakery for donations benefiting the group’s community outreach program. Since June 11 at the Auburn Art Walk, where they had a very successful bake sale, the group of bakers has provided baked items for donations and have been able to donate the proceeds to several very worthy organizations, i.e.:
– Habitat for Humanities
– Women’s Hope
– East Alabama Food Bank
– Dream Day Foundation
– Rainbow Omega
– Boys and Girls Club of Lee County
– Redeeming Grace Ministries.
The group intends to recognize other worthy organizations as they continue to bake for donations. God is richly blessing this endeavor that benefits organizations in our area.
