The first season of Southern Christian Athletics varsity football came to an end this Friday. Southern Christian lost  its season finale 48–0 to Harvester (Douglasville, Georgia). Southern Christian was without some key defensive players and the Patriots struggled to counteract a powerful Harvester offense. Junior quarterback Daniel Adams ended the night with 61 yards passing and 17 yards rushing. His favorite target was Josiah Frick, who caught four passes for 45 total yards. His brother Silas Frick led the way for Southern Christian — finishing with a team-high five tackles. The Patriots finish 2020 with a 2–5 record. The Patriots began the season with three home loses before getting their first win in an away game against East Central Home School. The Patriots rode the momentum of their first win into the next week and defeated Trinity Christian Home School to achieve back-to-back wins. Southern Christian Athletic Director Jason Scott and Head Coach Mike Adams said they were pleased by the effort and improvement that their team displayed throughout the season and that they look forward to the future growth of the program.
