Scott Cameron Sprouse, beloved husband, father, teacher and coach, passed away Oct. 18, 2021 following an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Erika; son, Justin and mother, Ginger. He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Sprouse and sister, Sherrill Sprouse Lewis.
Scott was a selfless, gracious and kind soul who touched many young lives during his 31 years at Lee-Scott Academy as an English teacher and coach. His legacy will live on through the many lessons taught to all his students and players, as well as the memories made.
We are so grateful to have had Scott in our lives. Thank you to all who knew and loved him.
A private service will be held at a later date.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Food Bank of East Alabama or Lee County Humane Society.
