NOTICE TO: Unknown father of S.N.T. born on the 28th day of August 2001 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama to Tonya Diane Tillery. The Temporary Care, Custody and Control of the minor child, S.N.T. was vested with the Lee County Department of Human Resources in June of 2014 The unknown father must answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed in the Family Court of Lee County, Alabama by Lee County DHR, within fourteen (14) days from the last date of Publication of this notice with the Clerk of the Court located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, Alabama or thereafter, a final judgment may be rendered in Juvenile Case Number JU-2003-526.06, in the Family Courtroom of Lee County, Alabama terminating your parental rights and placing said child for adoption.
