Notice to any Unknown or Undisclosed Parent of:  Baby Girl Gabriel
You will take notice that a petition for the adoption of Baby Girl Gabriel, a Minor (born to Damaris Gabriel on the 23rd day of February 2015 in Lee County, Alabama), was filed on April 7, 2015, in the Probate Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, alleging that the identity of the natural parent of said minor child may be unknown or has not been correctly disclosed to the Court, and whose relationship of said possible unknown or undisclosed natural parent to the aforesaid minor child is that of Natural Father.  Minor Child’s birth date is February 23, 2015.
Please be advised that should you intend to contest this adoption, you must file a written response within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication herein with Richard L. Wyatt whose name and address is shown below, and with the Clerk of the Probate Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, Jefferson County Courthouse, Birmingham, Alabama.
