Whereas Diane Loree Vining has filed her Petition for the Substitution of a Legal Guardian for PERRY SCOTT GRISSETT.
It is ordered that Mondat the 15 day of September, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. be appointed a day on which to hear such petition, at the Lee County Courthouse, 215 South 9th Street, Opelika, Alabama at which time all persons interested can appear and contest the substitute appointment if they deem it proper.
