Peggy Sue Tillery of Beulah, Alabama passed away at her residence on April 4, 2021.
She was born in LaGrange, Georgia on Feb. 11, 1957. She spent her life being a caregiver and loved taking care of others.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Leila McCormick, sisters, Sherry Shaddix, Glenda Rudd, Toni Mayo, a brother, Roger McCormick and a grandson, Chris Ware.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, William Dewey Tillery, children, Donna (Mike) Scott, Christy Roberts (Bobbie), Stephanie (Jeffery) Stewart, Dewayne Tillery (Kelley), Tammy (Dustin) Brown, 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, her sister, Nancy (Don) Heldreth, her brother, Rusty McCormick, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
Visitation was held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home on April 6.
A funeral service was held on April 7 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home with Reverend Darrell Shelton officiating. Interment followed at Hephzibah Cemetery.
