Orrie Ann Garrett Lawler, 73, of Opelika, passed away Jan. 17 at Tallassee Health & Rehab. A graveside service was held on Jan. 20 at Garden Hills Cemetery with Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating. She was born in Lee County and was a Pepperell kid her entire life.
Mrs. Lawler was preceded in death by her parents J.B. and Orrie Garrett; husband Jerry Rufus Lawler. Left to cherish her memory are Paul & Tammie Mary, Little Paul, Joan Thompson; sister Bobbie of Florida; stepdaughter: Teresa (Larry) Thompson; sister-in-law: Faye (David) Amorosa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
