Last week, Opelika Main Street was pleased to launch our first Lunch and Learn event.
For those not familiar with the Main Street program it is based on four principles: Organization, Design, Promotion and Economic Vitality.
Part of our economic vitality mission, this new quarterly training connects downtown businesses with resources that help their establishments thrive.
Opelika Main Street is about helping grow and SUSTAIN success in our downtown and this program is a small way in which we can accomplish that goal.
Ward is the Executive Director of Opelika Main Street, a non profit aimed at growing and enhancing downtown Opelika.
