OPD Host “Knowledge is Power” Community Event

Children and citizens of Opelika joined the Opelika Police Department at Covington Park last weekend for the Knowledge is Power: Navigating Traffic Stops and the Court Process event. It would not have been possible without the support of the Opelika Housing Authority, Opelika Municipal Court, Opelika Fire Department and the Gentlemen with a Purpose. This event was a part of the Better Together initiative.
