The OMS boys’ soccer team suffered their second loss of the season to Sylacauga earlier this week with a score of 2-0.

The Bulldog offense never got in rhythm and the Sylacauga Aggies capitalized by jumping out to a 1-0 lead early in the first half. The Bulldog defense, led by goalie Jack Slay, held the Aggies scoreless until late in the game.

The Aggies scored on a penalty kick with just a few minutes left in the match.

Braden Holloway, Givon Clarke, Scot Carpenter and Alex Phoutonsey also played great defense for the Dawgs.

The Bulldogs have three games remaining, against Smiths (away), Thompson (home) and Alex City (home).
