Lyman A. Wrisley

Lyman A. Wrisley was born in North Hampton, Massachusetts on February 8, 1939 and passed away at his home on September 28, 2017. He was 78 years old.
Mr. Wrisley proudly served his country for 24 years in the United States Army, and Navy. He worked at Auburn Electric for 29 years. He was an avid golfer and Auburn Football fan.
He was son to the late Raymond and Ellen Wrisley.
He was preceded in death by his son, David Wrisley of Opelika, Alabama.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janet A. Wrisley; children, Wanda Payne (David), Sandra Wrisley, Cheryl Carr (Chris), Linda Williams (Jim), Ronald Mace; grandchildren, Brittney Payne , Courtney Payne, Kellie Mace; great grandchildren, Andrew, Sadie and Ernie, Sisters, Dottie Harris (John), Julia Clark (Jon), Barbara Cadran, as well as nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held Sunday, October 1, 2017 in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home from 1:30 until 3:00 p.m.
Funeral service was Sunday, October 1, 2017 in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Thad Endicott officiating. Interment followed at Garden Hills Cemetery.
