Coy M. Calhoun
1927-2018
Coy M. Calhoun of Valley, Alabama was born in Roanoke, Alabama on September 13, 1927 and passed away at Bill Nichol’s State Veterans Home on January 29, 2018. He was 90 years old.
Mr. Calhoun was of the Baptist Faith. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served in WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Aileene Calhoun; brother, Roy Calhoun; sister, Becky Calhoun; granddaughter, Beverly McKendree.
He is survived by his son, James W. Catrair (Cheryl) and daughter, Karen Rivera (Patrick); grandchildren, Blake Catrair, Jordan Catrair (Fiance Steve Postma.)
Graveside service was held at Garden Hills Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 with Reverend Thad Endicott officiating.
Frederick-Dean Funeral Home directed.
