NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Alabama, Court Action Number CV2011-302, on a Judgment rendered therein, in which ARLYN RICE SIBILLE is the Plaintiff and WARREN A. STILES, et.al. is the Defendant, I, Jay M. Jones, as Sheriff of Lee County, Alabama, will sell to the highest, best and last bidder for cash at public outcry whatever equity the Defendant may possess in and to the real estate described below:
PARCEL ONE:
A parcel of land lying in Section 29, Township 20 North, Range 27 East, Lee County, Alabama, being particularly described as follows, to wit: Commence at a 2” crimped-top iron pin found at the northeast corner of Section 29, Township 20 North, Range 27 East, in Lee County, Alabama; thence run South 89°40’29” West, 575.17 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 85°03’25” West, 18.46 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described herein; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run South 22°33’02” West, 70.45 feet to a point; thence run South 00°43’19” East, 72.92 feet to a point; thence run South 00°00’37” East, 363.70 feet to a point; thence run South 89°45’41” West, 2027.87 feet to a point; thence run North 00°49’26” East, 498.36 feet to a point; thence run North 89°32’46” East, 618.31 feet to a point; thence run North 89°23’41” East, 1,428.44 feet to the point of beginning; containing 23.279 acres, more or less.
The above-described property being more particularly described on survey dated August 4, 2011, revised August 9, 2011, prepared by James L. McCrory, Alabama Registered Surveyor No. 12493, styled “Survey for Warren Austin Stiles and Tonya Marie Stiles” and shown as Parcel 5-B.
PARCEL TWO:
Lot 3, according to the Survey of Leewood Subdivision, as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 2, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama.
Said sale to be held at 12:00 Noon on the 20th day of APRIL 2015, at the Lee County Courthouse in the City of Opelika, State of Alabama. Said sale to be subject to all lawful liens and encumbrances, if any, against said property.
