SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of State of Alabama, Department of Revenue of Montgomery County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to recover the amount of Final Assessments of tax entered against PELLE DEGUCCI by the STATE OF ALABAMA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE out of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of the said PELLE DEGUCCI.
I have levied on the following personal property, to-wit:
2006 HUMMER H2 SUV GRY VIN: 5GRGN22U66H116470 MILEAGE: 170,000
Therefore, according to said order, I shall offer for sale and sell at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named PELLE DEGUCCI in and to the above described property, on OCTOBER 12, 2017 at 10:00AM CST at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Impound Lot located behind 1900 Frederick Road, Opelika, Alabama.
