By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of State of Alabama, Department of Revenue of Montgomery County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to recover the amount of Final Assessments of tax entered against JAMES E. PENNY by the STATE OF ALABAMA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE out of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of the said JAMES E. PENNY.
I have levied on the following real estate, to-wit:

Therefore, according to said order, I shall offer for sale and sell at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named JAMES E. PENNY in and to the above described property, on MONDAY, the 20th day of JUNE, 2016, at NOON CST at the Lee County Courthouse in Opelika, Alabama.
