NOTICE TO: Harold LaWayne Brewer, father of E.B. born at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL on 3/22/01 to Katherine Brewer. The legal Custody of E.B. was vested with Lee County DHR in November of 2013. Harold LaWayne Brewer must answer the Petition to Terminate his parental rights filed in the Family Court of Lee County, AL within fourteen (14) days from the last date of Publication of this notice with the Clerk of the Court located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, AL 36801 or thereafter, a final judgment may be rendered in Case JU-2007-002.04 terminating his parental rights and placing said child for adoption.
