Pursuant to the Order of the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama, a hearing will be held on the Petition for Appointment as Successor Personal Representative filed by Al Grizzard, seeking to be named as Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Shirbie Louvorn Lindsay, deceased, as well as a Petition for Final Settlement of Estate of Shirbie Lovvorn Lindsay, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that all persons claiming to be an heir and/or devisee of the Estate
Shirbie Lovvorn Lindsay, deceased, shall appear at the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama, on June 3, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
