Please take notice that a Petition to Probate the Will of Phillip C. Kelley, Jr., in the above styled matter has been filed in the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama by Petitioner Sherry Tharpe D. Tharpe Oliver and that on the 27th day of August, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. (Central time) has been set for a hearing on the same in said Court located at 215 South 9TH Street, Opelika, Alabama.
