You are hereby notified that a hearing has been set for the 18th day of September, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., in the Probate Court, Lee County Courthouse, 215 South 9th Street, Opelika, Alabama. You may appear and show, why, if any reason the Petition For Adoption should not be granted. Your failure to answer or appear could result in the Petition being granted. You must respond in writing within (30) days of the last publication of this notice with counsel for said Petitioner, whose name and address is shown below, and with the Clerk of the said Probate Court, or appear on the date of the hearing as set above to contest said Petition.
