At Northside in Mrs. Powers’ class, we are learning about plants.

We got to plant bean seeds.

First,  we  filled a cup half up with soil.

Then we put our seeds in it. We had to listen very carefully.

If we put too much soil in, the plant would not survive.

If we put too much water in our cups, the seed would drown.

We had to wait four days before the plants started to sprout.

Baker Rowten said, “It was fun to plant plants.”

His plant has grown the most. John Knitter also liked planting the plants.

And that’s the news at Northside School!
