Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Terry W. Wilhite and Tesha Wilhite, Husband and Wife, to First American Bank, as lender, on April 2, 2008, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Book 3553, Page 809; the undersigned PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to First American Bank, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse of the Lee County, Alabama Courthouse located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, Alabama 36801 on September 19, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot 2-D of Windway Subdivision, First Revision and First Addition, Redivision of Lot 2, as shown on map or plat of said subdivision of record in Town Plat Book 11, at Page 139, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, LESS AND EXCEPT the following described parcel: Commence at a found 3/4 inch open top pipe at the northeast corner of Lot 2-D; thence along the North line of lot 2-D, North 89 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds West, 778.49 feet to a found 3/4 inch open top pipe which is the point of beginning of the parcel to be excepted; thence South 12 degrees 10 minutes 16 seconds West, 30.72 feet to a found 3/4 inch open top pipe; thence South 12 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West, 136.89 feet to a found 3/4 inch open top pipe; thence South 62 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds West, 221.21 feet to a found 3/4 inch open top pipe; thence North 27 degrees 25 minutes 49 seconds West 298.31 feet to a found 3/4 inch open top pipe on the North line of Lot 2-D; thence along the North line of Lot 2-D, North 89 degrees 51 minutes 09 seconds East, 369.22 feet to the point of beginning.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
