Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage bearing sate of February 21, 2014 executed by Deon T. Nelms and Lavelreca C. Black-Nelms, husband and wife, to Geoffery Brown, which said mortgage is recorded in the probate office of Lee County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 4037 at Page 972, and said default contuining in the unpaid amount of said mortgage indebtedness bow being due, the said Geoffrey Brown, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry, in front of the courthouse door at the Lee County courthouse at 215 South 9th Street, Opelika, Alabama 36801, during the legal hours of sale. At 12 o’clock noon, CDT on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, the property described in said mortgage and which is herewith described as follows:
Lot 56, BEAUREGUARD ESTATES, PHASE III, according to and as shown by that certain map or plat thereof in record in Town Plat Book 25, at Page 58, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama.
Also: One (1) 2005 Englewood Cavalier Manufactured Home, 28’ x 80’, Serial No. CV05AL0457053A & CV05AL0457053B.
Said sale to be made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the above-described mortgage, and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said mortgage.
