Special to the
Opelika Observer

Montenegro native and solo guitarist Miloš Karadaglic will perform at the Opelika Center for the Performing Arts on Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m.
When Karadaglic steps out from behind the big curtain and onto the stage, magic is in the air. Only a conjurer could so exquisitely play a solo guitar, and mesmerize his audience with personality, technique, and intensity of focus.
Karadaglic waves his fretted wand, and the sheer beauty of the music makes the vastness of the concert hall vanish into just the spotlight that surrounds him.
As one is drawn into that space, you are the only other person in the room, under the spell of music from J.S. Bach to the Beatles.
Top hats and long black capes are the evening’s suggested attire.
This event is being hosted by the Arts Association of East Alabama. Tickets are $30 each and can be purchased via www.eastalabamaarts.org or by calling 334-749-8105. The OPAC is located within Opelika High School at 1700 Lafayette Parkway.
