A graveside service for Mrs. Lillie B. Reese Cooper, of the Beauregard Community was held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2021 at Creekstand ND Church Cemetery. Minister Edwin Jones officiated.
Mrs. Cooper passed away Feb. 2, 2021 at Arbor Springs Nursing Home. She was a member of Creekstand ND Church in Salem. Mrs. Cooper sang in the church choir and was also an original member of the Twin City Silvertones..
She is survived by: a son, Lee Arnold Cooper of Opelika, AL; one grandson; a sister, Ethel Williams of Opelika; three special nieces, Annette Reese of Orlando, Florida, Lori (Jack) Burks and Ghandi (Edward) Daniels both of Montgomery, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
