A PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, ALABAMA, COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY MARGIN OF GRANT STREET AND THE EASTERLY MARGIN OF FRAZIER STREET; RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID FRAZIER STREET, FOR A DISTANCE OF 66.0 FEET +/- TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED AND CONVEYED:  FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE ALONG SAID FRAZIER STREET, FOR A DISTANCE OF 50.0 FEE +/- TO A POINT; RUN THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH MARGIN OF SAID GRANT STREET, FOR A DISTANCE OF 81.0 FEET +/- TO A POINT; RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID FRAZIER STREET, FOR A DISTANCE OF 49.0 FEET +/- TO A POINT; RUN THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH MARGIN OF SAID GRANT STREET, FOR A DISTANCE 80.5 FEET +/- TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This cause being before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion for Service by Publication, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Defendants be served by publication pursuant to Rule 4.3 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure.  Plaintiff is hereby ordered to perfect service by publication by publishing notice in a newspaper of general circulation in Lee County, Alabama, by publishing said notice once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
