John Thomas ‘Tom’ Ingram, 95 of Marvyn, passed away April 8. A graveside service was held at Garden Hills Cemetery, 2 p.m., Sunday, April 11 with Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating.

Tom served his country in WWII, was a school teacher and a farmer. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

Mr. Ingram is preceded in death by his parents, Llewellyn and Helen Ingram, his wife Janette Myrtle Ingram; brothers, Lou, Newt and Oliver Ingram; daughter-in-law Janice Torbert Ingram and granddaughter Amy Ingram.

Mr. Ingram is survived by his children, David (Ada) Ingram, John Ingram, Mike Ingram, Linda (Drew) Logan and Robert (Kim) Ingram, his sister Jeanette Torbert, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and close friends.
