Administrator of the Estate of Gary Edward McConnell, deceased, and filed with the Court that certain Administrator’s Petition for Consent Settlement (the “Petition”).
Pursuant to that certain Order Setting Day for Hearing filed in my office and signed by
me on February 27, 2020, a hearing on said Petition was set for the 9th day of April, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. CST, at which time you can appear and contest the same, if you see proper.
