A hearing has been set for the 18th day of December, 2019 at 10 o’clock am Central time in the Probate Court, Lee County Courthouse, 215 South 9lh Street, Opelika, AL 36801. Should you intend to contest this adoption you must file a written response with the attorney for the
petitioner, Hon. Brett Smith, 369 S College Street, Auburn, AL 36830 and with the Clerk of the Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama, as soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days from the last day this notice is published, or appear on the date of the hearing as set above to
