On the 29th day of April, 2015, the executor of the estate of Tellie Janice Sanders, Jimmy Sanders, filed a Petition to Set a Hearing for Final Settlement and Petition for Final Settlement in the Lee County Probate Office. The 3rd day of June, 2015, at 9 o’clock a.m. central time is appointed to the day for hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same if you see proper.
