Gary W. Reuss, age 40 of Opelika, was born on June 9, 1971, in Opelika and passed away on Nov. 17, 2011, at East Alabama Medical Center.
Reuss was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Walters. He is survived by his children, Nathan Reuss and Hunter Reuss; ex-wife, Lynn Reuss; mother, Janie Walters; brother, Tony Reuss; and nephew, Ryan Reuss.
A memorial service was held on Nov. 21, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Fredericks Funeral Home. Pastor Dan Boatman officiated. Interment followed in Garden Hills Cemetery.
