ORDER ON PETITION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
This day came Dwayne David Ray and filed in this court his petition in writing and under oath alleging therein among other things that petitioner is a resident of Lee County, Alabama and is the son of Barbara S. Ray, domiciled in said County, departed this life interstate on February 20, 2014 leaving personal property consisting of a Bank Account at Charter Bank, Account #19793694 with an approximate balance of $1,067.00 as of the last bank statement which was April 10, 2014.
It is therefore ORDERED by the Court that notice of the filing of this petition be published once in a newspaper of general circulation; and that an order be entered after the interval prescribed by law, directing the Summary Distribution of the assets of said decedent to the distributes entitled to the decedent’s property.
